Overview: Monads surprised everyone with their debut 'Intellectus Iudicat Veritatem'. Initially released by the band on MC (50 copies), all tapes were sold out after six days. Monads combine elements of slow and dragging funeral doom with melodic death/doom parts. The combination is a completely crushing, heavy and unique atmosphere that redefines the meaning of 'doom'. The release was presented on 10 September 2011, where Monads opened the evening for IXXI and Lifelover, being praised (by audience and bands) as the best band of the evening. Now, finally, the debut has been re-released on deluxe digipak CD by Ordo MCM. The band is influenced by bands such as: Esoteric, Evoken, Mournful Congregation, Loss, Worship, Disembowelment, ...
